Baird is proud to support the YMCA of Greater Louisville and its Black Achievers program. This program provides youths with leadership experience and career goal development. This past year Baird worked with the Black Achievers and SIFMA to support the Stock Market Game, an online simulation of the global capital markets that engages students in the world of economics, investing, and personal finance.

We are very pleased to announce our relationship with the Louisville City Soccer Academy. The Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC academies are a new elite youth soccer program with the expectation of playing at the highest level of youth soccer in the United States. The academy provides players a positive, player-centered learning environment, giving each one the opportunity to develop his/her full potential and maximize his/her ability, helping to build a clear pathway to professional or collegiate soccer.
