A Message From Our Chairman & CEO
To me, diversity is one of our greatest strengths as a firm. It is important to create the space to share and celebrate the different perspectives and backgrounds that enable us to provide the best advice and service to our clients and to be the best for each other. At our recent Multicultural Community Conference, more than 350 associates from 51 Baird offices across the U.S. and overseas came together in Atlanta to celebrate the contributions of our associates of color. Our second Multicultural Community Conference welcomed more than 350 associates from each of Baird’s business units and Corporate Resource Groups.
Held in Atlanta, the conference included associates of color, their managers, Baird’s Executive Committee and other colleagues.
The conference connected, celebrated and informed associates of color and their allies so they can thrive at Baird and deliver the best service to our clients.
Attendees had the opportunity to meet, hear from and get to know one another in networking and breakout sessions, which featured the voices and perspectives of their colleagues.
The event connected associates from all corners of our firm, including 51 Baird offices across the U.S. and overseas.
The conference kicked off with an exciting performance by Atlanta’s own Morehouse College marching band.
Attendees visited several historically significant sites connected to racial justice, including the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park.
