BELLA+CANVAS, LLC (“BELLA+CANVAS”) has been acquired by SanMar Corporation ("SanMar"). BELLA+CANVA is a subsidiary of Alo Alliance, LLC, the parent company of Alo Yoga and BELLA+CANVAS. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
