Snapdragon Capital Partners (“Snapdragon”) closed a single asset continuation fund for Fullscript, a leading healthcare platform powering whole person care. The transaction reaffirms Snapdragon’s commitment to support Fullscript’s long-term growth strategy while providing an attractive liquidity option to existing investors. The transaction was led by Leonard Green & Partners L.P. (“LGP”).
