Summary

Incline Equity Partners ("Incline") closed a single asset continuation fund for Accredited Labs (the “Company”), a leading national calibration and instrumentation lifecycle services platform. The transaction provides the capital needed to support Accredited Labs through its next phase of growth, while allowing Incline to extend its ownership of a strong platform. Incline plans to continue scaling the Company by further expanding its geographic footprint and service capabilities and executing additional strategic M&A.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Incline on this transaction. Baird’s GP Solutions and Testing, Inspection, Certification & Compliance (“TICC”) teams worked in tandem to conduct an efficient and competitive process to achieve Incline’s key objectives.
