Zep Vehicle Care Inc. (“ZVC” or the “Company”), a division of Zep, Inc., a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, was acquired by National Carwash Solutions (“NCS”), a portfolio company of Berkshire Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Zep Inc. on this transaction.
