Leslie’s, Inc. (“Leslie’s” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: LESL), a portfolio company of L Catterton and GIC Pte Ltd. (“GIC”), recently completed a follow-on offering of 15,820,000 common shares at a price of $22.00 per share. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase an additional 2,373,000 shares of common stock from the selling stockholders. The offering generated gross proceeds of approximately $348.0 million. The Company did not receive any proceeds from the offering by the selling stockholders.

Baird served as a co-manager on this offering.
