Summary

Weiman Products, LLC and affiliates (“Weiman” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Cortec Group Fund V, L.P. (“Cortec Group”), was recently acquired by affiliates of The Carlyle Group (“Carlyle”) and TA Associates (“TA”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as lead financial advisor to Weiman Products, LLC on this transaction.
