EK Success Ltd. and affiliated companies (together, “EKSB” or the “Company”), a division of Wilton Brands, LLC, were recently acquired by American Crafts, L.C. (“American Crafts”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to EK Success Ltd. on this transaction.
