Ravin Crossbows (“Ravin” or the “Company”) was recently acquired by Velocity Outdoor Inc. (“Velocity”), a subsidiary of Compass Diversified Holdings (“Compass”) (NYSE: CODI). Terms of the transaction have been disclosed.
