Krushyttan AB (“Didriksons” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Herkules Capital AS (“Herkules”), was recently acquired by Adelis Equity Partners AB (“Adelis”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.Didriksons is a leading Scandinavian brand in waterproof fashion, sportswear and kids garments. Didriksons provides a unique combination of functionality, design and price with over 100 years of brand history. With a presence in over 19 countries and a proven track record of successfully penetrating international markets including Germany and the United Kingdom, the Company sells its products through approximately 1,400 retailers. Didriksons is headquartered in Borås, Sweden.
Herkules is a leading Private Equity firm in Norway and has raised funds totalling about NOK 15 billion. The funds invest in established companies with strong growth potential, either for organic growth or growth through acquisitions, and focuses on companies based in the Nordic countries. Herkules acquires majority ownership positions in the companies and has strong experience of partnership with existing shareholders. Herkules is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.
