(“DDI” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC (“Kinderhook”), was recently acquired by a subsidiary of Hunter Industries Incorporated (“Hunter”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Founded in 1932, DDI is a premier provider of proprietary and universal plastic injection molded paper towel, tissue, soap and air care dispensers for the “away-from-home” washroom industry. DDI will operate as a separate unit within the Hunter family of companies, joining FX Luminaire (landscape lighting business), Holm (commercial architectural lighting company), Hunter Custom Manufacturing (molding and manufacturing company) and Senniger (agricultural irrigation systems business). Hunter is headquartered in San Marcos, California.
