Brandblock Holding B.V. (“HG” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Gilde Buy Out Partners (“Gilde”), was recently acquired by Cobepa S.A. ("Cobepa"). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. HG is a leading European supplier of specialist consumer cleaning and maintenance products marketed under the HG brand name. Gilde manages funds in excess of €3 billion and has offices in Utrecht, Zurich / Frankfurt, and Brussels.
