Brandblock Holding B.V. (“HG” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Gilde Buy Out Partners (“Gilde”), was recently acquired by Cobepa S.A. ("Cobepa"). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

HG is a leading European supplier of specialist consumer cleaning and maintenance products marketed under the HG brand name. HG manufactures, distributes and sells a comprehensive assortment of over 200 specialty cleaning and maintenance solutions, including products for bathrooms, kitchens, fabrics, gardens, floors and furniture. HG is headquartered in Almere, the Netherlands.

Gilde is a leading European private equity investor in mid-market transactions with operations in the DACH region and the Benelux. Gilde manages funds in excess of €3 billion and has offices in Utrecht, Zurich / Frankfurt, and Brussels. Since its inception in 1982, Gilde has invested in over 250 companies across a diverse range of sectors.
