Pacific Market International, LLC (“PMI” or the “Company”) recently acquired Formation Brands, LLC (“Formation”) in partnership with investment firms Endeavour Capital (“Endeavour”) and Joshua Green Corporation (“Joshua Green”). The addition of Formation and their experience developing and marketing trend-forward, everyday beverage and specialty housewares, will further diversify PMI's product line and customer base.

Founded in 1983 by Rob Harris and guided by principles of sustainability, community and integrity, PMI designs, manufactures, and markets innovative food and beverage container solutions under three brands. Their two most recognizable brands, Stanley® and Aladdin®, are both over 100 years old and sold globally. Migo® was founded in 1999 and is rapidly growing in the Asia Pacific region. PMI also creates private label products for select global retailers. Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, PMI has offices in Bentonville, Shanghai, Amsterdam, Manila, Rio de Janeiro and, as a result of the Formation acquisition, San Francisco, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. Additionally, PMI has ownership in three manufacturing facilities, one in China and two in Brazil.

Endeavour was founded in 1991 to be a resident source of capital, long-term partner and steward to leading Western United States based businesses. Endeavour recently closed its seventh equity fund, with $775 million in committed capital, and has offices in Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles and Denver. Current Endeavour portfolio companies include ESCO, GlobalWide Media, Johnny Was, New Seasons Market, USNR, Zoom+ and others.

Joshua Green is a private investment company with its roots in the shipping industry dating back to the late 1800’s. In the 1920’s, Joshua Green expanded into banking and insurance with its acquisition of People’s Bank and its early investment in the predecessor company to SAFECO Insurance. Joshua Green invests for the long term, seeking to create value by investing in companies with existing management teams and excellent long-term business prospects. Joshua Green seeks investment opportunities in both privately owned companies and the commercial and retail real estate markets. Joshua Green is headquartered in Seattle, Washington.
