Noodles & Company (the “Company”) (NASDAQ-GS:NDLS), a portfolio company of Catterton Partners and Argentia Private Investments Inc., recently completed a follow-on offering of 4,500,000 shares of common stock at a price of $39.50 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately $178 million. All of the shares in the offering were offered by selling shareholders, except for 108,267 shares being offered by the Company, the proceeds of which will be used by the Company to repurchase the same number of shares from certain of its officers. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by selling shareholders.Noodles & Company is a high-growth, fast-casual restaurant chain that serves classic noodle and pasta dishes from around the world. Noodles & Company, founded in 1995, has 372 locations system wide in 29 states and the District of Columbia.
