Summary

The Dorel Sports Segment of Dorel Industries, Inc. (“Dorel Sports” or the “Company”), a public company traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX:DII.B, DII.A), has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Pon Holdings, B.V. (“Pon”) in an all-cash consideration of $810 million USD. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions and is expected to close before the end of the first quarter of 2022.
