Odlo is a leading international brand in functional sportswear, sold in over 35 countries and market leader in each of its five key markets. A Swiss company with Norwegian roots, Odlo was founded in 1946 and is recognized as a pioneer of the three-layer principle and the inventor of sports underwear. Based in Hünenberg, Switzerland, the Company has approximately 800 employees across multiple locations. Odlo offers performance sportswear in 6 categories: functional sport underwear, running, training, cycling, cross-country skiing and outdoor.
Herkules is a leading Private Equity firm in Norway and has raised funds totaling NOK 15 billion. Its funds invest in established companies with strong growth potential, and focus on companies based in Nordic countries, or with Nordic heritage. Herkules typically acquires majority ownership positions. Herkules is focused on long-term growth, supporting management teams and maintaining corporate heritage. Herkules is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.
Monte Rosa is owned by Hugo Maurstad and Christian Casal. Hugo Maurstad has led number of investments in the branded sport and leisure industry, including Rossignol Group (Rossignol, Dynastar, Lange, Look), Helly Hansen, Navico (Simrad, B&G, Lowrance), SATS, XXL Sport Retail and Dale of Norway. Hugo is a Norwegian citizen, previously resident in Switzerland. Christian Casal is the former Head of McKinsey Switzerland. Christian is a Swiss national and resident. Monte Rosa is headquartered in Pfaffikon, Switzerland.
