SI Solutions Is Acquired by Macquarie Asset Management
Summary
SI Solutions, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “SI Solutions” or “SI”), a portfolio company of MidOcean Partners (“MidOcean”), has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by a consortium led by Macquarie Asset Management (“Macquarie”). Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
