Summary
Entegra (the “Company”), a portfolio company of Amberjack Capital Partners, L.P. (“Amberjack”), in partnership with management, has been acquired by NDT Global, a portfolio company of Novacap and La Caisse (formerly CDPQ), in partnership with management. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
