TJC Completes Series D Investment in NavVis
Summary
The Jordan Company (“TJC”) led a USD $85 million Series D investment in NavVis. Existing shareholders Yttrium – together with a consortium of industrial family offices – KOZO KEIKAKU ENGINEERING Inc. and CIPIO, participated alongside TJC in the round. NavVis intends to use the capital to build out its spatial data engine and accelerate its AI-product roadmap.
Baird served as financial advisor to TJC on this transaction.
