(“Bel Fuse" or "Bel”) (NASDAQ: BELFA and BELFB) recently announced the pricing of an upsized underwritten public offering of 1,725,000 shares of Bel’s Class B common stock, including 225,000 Class B shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares at a price of $266.00 per share (the “Offering”). The Offering generated approximately $458.9 million in primary gross proceeds to Bel. Bel intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to repay debt, fund the remaining 20% acquisition of Enercon Technologies, Ltd. or other acquisitions or partnership opportunities and for general corporate purposes.
