Summary

NSI Industries (“NSI”), a portfolio company of Sentinel Capital Partners (“Sentinel”), has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Hubbell Inc. (“Hubbell”) in a transaction valued at $3.0 billion. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
