Hennecke Group (“Hennecke” or the "Company"), privately held by funds advised by Capvis AG (“Capvis”), has announced its acquisition by Brückner Group SE (“Brückner Group”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Hennecke’s shareholders on this transaction.
