Investindustrial acquisition of Kiremko, Idaho Steel and Reyco


Summary

Investindustrial has entered into an agreement to acquire Kiremko Group B.V. (“Kiremko”), Idaho Steel Products, Inc. (“Idaho Steel”) and Reyco Systems, Inc. (“Reyco”) (together the “Group”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Investindustrial on this transaction.
