Summary

Stax LLC (“Stax” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Blue Point Capital Partners, LLC (“Blue Point”), has been sold to Grant Thornton Advisors LLC (“Grant Thornton”), a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital (“New Mountain”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
