RKD Group, LLC (“RKD Group” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of BV Investment Partners (“BV”), has agreed to be acquired by Incline Equity Partners (“Incline”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to RKD Group on this transaction.
