GTCR acquisition of FMG, a portfolio company of Aurora

Summary

GTCR, LLC (“GTCR”) announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire FMG Suite (“FMG” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners (“Aurora”). Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. This transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025.
