Summary
EōS Fitness Opco Holdings, LLC (“EōS Fitness” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co. LLC (“BRS”), has been acquired by TSG Consumer Partners, LLC (“TSG”). This transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
