AMMO Sells Ammunition Manufacturing Assets to Olin
Summary
AMMO, Inc. ("AMMO” or the "Company”) (NASDAQ: POWW, POWWP), the owner of GunBroker.com ("GunBroker”), announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its ammunition manufacturing assets to Olin Winchester, LLC (“Olin Winchester”), a subsidiary of Olin Corporation (NYSE: OLN) (“Olin”), for total cash consideration of $75 million. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions and adjustments.
