E Tech Group (“E Tech” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Falfurrias Capital Partners (“FCP”), has recently been acquired by Graham Partners (“Graham”). The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to E Tech on this transaction.
