E Tech Is Acquired by Graham


E Tech, a portfolio company of FCP, sale to Graham


E Tech Group (“E Tech” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Falfurrias Capital Partners (“FCP”), has recently been acquired by Graham Partners (“Graham”). The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to E Tech on this transaction.


E Tech Group is one of the largest automation engineering and system integration firms in North America. With locations across North America and over 600 professionals, the Company provides automation, control and information solutions to the Life Sciences, Data Centers, Consumer Products and Food & Beverage and Industrial industries. In addition to its organic growth, E Tech has recently grown through the successful acquisition and integration of Glenmount Global Solutions, Superior Controls, E-Volve Systems and Automation Group. E Tech is headquartered in West Chester, Ohio.

Falfurrias Capital Partners is a private equity investment firm founded in 2006. The firm has raised $2.2 billion across six funds and invests in growing, middle market businesses in sectors where the firm’s operational resources, relationships and sector expertise can be employed to complement portfolio company executive teams in support of growth objectives.
