Hitachi, Ltd. (“Hitachi” or the “Company”) (TSE: 6501) has acquired Flexware Innovation, Inc. (“Flexware”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Hitachi on this transaction.
