ACS, a portfolio company of L Catterton, sale to Gryphon


AirX Climate Solutions, Inc. (“ACS” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of L Catterton, recently announced its sale to Gryphon Investors (“Gryphon”). The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as the lead financial advisor to ACS on this transaction.


ACS provides highly engineered, specialty cooling and ventilation solutions serving mission-critical applications across a diverse set of end markets, including telecommunications, data centers, energy storage, rental, educational and industrial / commercial markets.
