Arhaus, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARHS) (“Arhaus” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Freeman Spogli & Co. (“Freeman Spogli” or the “Selling Stockholders”), recently completed a secondary public offering of the Company's common stock by Freeman Spogli (the “Offering”). Arhaus priced an offering of 13,800,000 shares, including the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase 1,800,000 additional shares, at a price to the public of $10.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of $138.0 million. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from the Offering.
