Witt O’Brien’s (the “Business”), a division of SEACOR Holdings Inc. (“SEACOR” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of American Industrial Partners (“AIP”) has been acquired by Ambipar Holding USA, Inc. (“Ambipar”), a subsidiary of Ambipar Participações e Empreendimentos S.A (“Ambipar Group”).
