TenCate Grass Sold to Crestview
Summary
TenCate Grass Holding B.V. (“TenCate Grass” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Royal TenCate (“TenCate”), owned by a consortium led by Gilde Buy Out Partners (“Gilde”), was recently acquired by Crestview Partners (“Crestview”) alongside the existing management team. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to TenCate on this transaction.
