Summary

Eddyfi/NDT, through a strategic partnership and equity financing from CDP Investissements Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (“CDPQ”), and Novacap, has acquired NDT Global (the “Company”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
