Gardner Denver Holdings, Inc. (“Gardner Denver” or “the “Company”) (NYSE: GDI) recently priced a secondary offering of 30,533,478 common shares at a price of $31.00 per share, including 3,982,627 shares sold upon full exercise of the overallotment option, generating gross proceeds of approximately $946.5 million. The selling stockholders, including investment funds affiliated with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (“KKR”), will receive all of the proceeds from the offering.
