AXL Holdings, Inc. (“Airxcel” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC (“One Rock”), was recently acquired by L Catterton. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Airxcel is one of the largest suppliers of industry-leading branded products to the recreational vehicle (“RV”) industry and specialty segments of the industrial and commercial HVAC market. The Company’s RV segment produces and distributes air conditioners, furnaces, water heaters, cooking appliances, rooftop products, sealants, window coverings and ventilation systems for recreation vehicles. The Company’s industrial and commercial segment manufactures climate control equipment for telecommunication shelters, schools and other commercial and industrial applications. Airxcel products are sold under well-known brands Coleman-Mach, MCD, Marvair, MaxxAir, Dicor, Suburban, Industrial Climate Engineering and Eubank. Airxcel operates through nine facilities across the United States with approximately 1,270 employees. Airxcel is headquartered in Wichita, Kansas.
