Gardner Denver Holdings, Inc. (“Gardner Denver” or the “Company”) (NYSE: GDI), a portfolio Company of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (“KKR”), recently completed an initial public offering of 47,495,000 common shares at a price of $20.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately $949.9 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to redeem its senior unsecured notes and repay borrowings under its senior secured term loan facility.
