AboutARAMARK Corporation (“ARAMARK” or the “Company”) (NYSE: ARMK), a portfolio company of GS Capital Partners, CCMP Capital Advisors, JP Morgan Partners, Thomas H. Lee Partners and Warburg Pincus, recently completed an initial public offering of 41,687,500 shares of common stock at a price of $20.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of $833.8 million. The transaction included 13,687,500 shares sold by existing shareholders. ARAMARK will not receive any proceeds from the sale of those shares. ARAMARK intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of outstanding term loans and borrowings under the Company’s senior secured credit facilities.
