AboutTruGreen LandCare, L.L.C. (“TruGreen LandCare” or the “Company”), a subsidiary of The ServiceMaster Company (“ServiceMaster”), recently completed its sale to Aurora Resurgence.
TruGreen LandCare is a leading U.S. provider of landscape maintenance services to commercial, industrial and municipal customers. Through its 60 branch locations, the Company offers a comprehensive suite of landscaping services, including turf and arbor care, color and ground cover, specialty projects, irrigation and snow removal. Its 4,500 employees, along with an extensive subcontractor network, allow TruGreen LandCare to provide localized services at approximately 8,000 job sites across 43 states.
ServiceMaster is one of the world’s largest residential and commercial service networks. Through approximately 5,100 company-owned and franchise locations, ServiceMaster serves more than 8.5 million customers annually. Its high profile brands include TruGreen, Terminix, American Home Shield, ServiceMaster Clean, Merry Maids, Furniture Medic and AmeriSpec. This family of brands gives ServiceMaster market-leading positions in residential and commercial lawn care, termite and pest control, home service contracts, furniture repair, home inspection, residential and commercial cleaning and disaster restoration.
