MILWAUKEE, May 20, 2025 – Baird announced today that 32 nonprofits across the country are recipients of the 2025 Paul Purcell “Kids Win!” Annual Baird Education Grants, totaling nearly $1.5 million. The nonprofit organizations are based in 15 U.S. states, which mirrors Baird’s geographically diverse presence throughout the country. Funded by Baird, Baird Foundation and Baird associates, the international, employee-owned financial services firm established the Paul Purcell “Kids Win!” Annual Baird Education Grant to honor former Chairman & CEO Paul Purcell, who passed away in February 2020.
“Awarding these grants to deserving organizations across the country allows us to honor Paul Purcell’s legacy,” Baird Chairman & CEO Steve Booth said. “Paul was a champion of education and strongly believed that every child deserves access to a quality education, regardless of their circumstances. We are honored to support the efforts these remarkable organizations are making in their communities and in the lives of young people.”
