Anita Volk, Baird’s Next Generation Talent Manager, recently sat down with Financial Planning to discuss how Baird is beating the odds in succession planning within the firm’s private wealth management business. Volk highlighted the firm’s Financial Advisor Training Program (FATP), a program that recruits and trains post-grad talent with at least three years of sales or related experience and the Foundations Program, a rotational training program designed to allow talent to learn from a wide variety of financial advisors.
