Baird Global Investment Banking Adds Martin Moser to Healthcare Team
New Director to enhance European Industry Coverage from Frankfurt
FRANKFURT – 18 July 2022 – Baird, an employee-owned, international financial services firm, announced today that Martin Moser has joined the firm’s Global Investment Banking business as Director in its Global Healthcare Investment Banking team. Based in Frankfurt, Moser leads the firm’s coverage across a number of healthcare verticals and will focus on expanding Baird’s European Healthcare Investment Banking coverage in the DACH region.
Moser comes to Baird with over 12 years of industry experience. He most recently served as a Director at DC Advisory, where he completed notable transactions including the recent sale of c-LEcta to Kerry Group. Moser has advised companies on sell-side, buy-side, and refinancing transactions across the healthcare industry. He earned his master’s degrees in political science from the University of Regensburg and attended Vanderbilt University on a merit-based scholarship.
