Premium Inspection & Testing Group (“Premium Inspection” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Calvert Street Capital Partners (“Calvert Street”), has been acquired by Acuren, a portfolio company of American Securities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Premium Inspection offers conventional and advanced NDT, rope access, drone and robotic services, infrared inspection, and calibration services to customers across eight locations throughout the United States Gulf Coast and Midwest. As a regional leader with long tenured relationships and 500 full-time employees, Premium Inspection’s total solutions offering enables the ongoing operation, safety and regulatory compliance of customers’ most critical assets and infrastructure across downstream petrochemical, refining, power generation and industrial end markets. The Company’s portfolio of advanced services and differentiated customer service creates a highly entrenched customer base governed by long-term nested contracts and recurring callout orders. Premium Inspection is headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
