Navitas merger with Live Oak II


Summary

Navitas Semiconductor (“Navitas” or the “Company”) announced that it has closed its previously announced merger with the special purpose acquisition company Live Oak Acquisition Corp. II (“Live Oak II”). Through the merger, Navitas common stock and warrants began trading on the Nasdaq (NASDAQ: NVTS and NVTSW).

John P. Amboian, Chairman, served as Chairman and CEO of Nuveen Investments. Richard Hendrix, CEO and Director, served as CEO of FBR & Co. Andrea Tarbox, CFO and Director, served as CFO and Vice President of KapStone Paper & Packaging. Live Oak II is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee.
