Mark Rawlings, Director

Mark joined Baird in 2019 and serves as a director within Baird’s public finance group. For much of his career, Mark served as the primary public finance analyst and head of quantitative services. His experience includes structuring for virtually every type of fixed‐rate financing available to issuers in Kentucky and Indiana, including general obligation, water & sewer revenue, power revenue, TIF revenue, hospital revenue and higher education. Mark graduated summa cum laude from Western Kentucky University in 2003 with his Bachelor of Science in Business Economics.
