Baird’s Healthcare group is striking on all cylinders with M&A and Equity Capital Markets activity at record levels and nicely balanced across all of our healthcare subsectors

Baird's Global Healthcare Group delivered a record first half of 2026, completing 17 M&A transactions representing more than $12 billion in transaction value and 14 public equity financings that raised over $10.7 billion in capital. Despite a challenging backdrop for both M&A and capital markets activity, our success reflects the strength of Baird's healthcare industry expertise, our exceptional transaction execution experience, our seamless industry and global collaboration and the continuity of our team.

Most importantly, the momentum continues to build. Supported by a backlog that is more than twice our record year-to-date results, we are exceptionally well positioned for a strong second half and believe our differentiated platform will continue to drive outstanding outcomes for clients throughout the remainder of 2026.
