Data Dimensions, LLC (“Data Dimensions” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (“TSCP”), has been acquired by One Call. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Baird served as lead advisor to Data Dimensions and TSCP on this transaction.

Founded in 1982, Data Dimensions is a leading EDI clearinghouse and technology services provider serving the healthcare, insurance and government end markets. TSCP initially partnered with Data Dimensions in 2019 to support the Company’s continued investment in technology, service expansion and strategic acquisitions. During TSCP’s ownership, Data Dimensions enhanced its core clearinghouse capabilities, expanded its digitalization and workflow automation offerings and completed the strategic acquisition of Providerflow. Data Dimensions is headquartered in Janesville, Wisconsin.
