To determine the Best Workplaces for Parents, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of over 568,000 parents who work for Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies and employ at least 50 parents. In the Great Place to Work survey, 96% of Baird’s employees said Baird is a great place to work. This number is 57% higher than the average U.S. company.

The Best Workplaces for Parents is one of a series of rankings by Great Place to Work based on employee feedback from Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations. In 2022, Baird was also ranked as a Best Workplace for Women, Millennials, for Finance & Insurance employers and on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For.
